What is Educational Series?

NewLife's Educational Series is one of the services that NewLife offers to its clients. Normally, the series are held in NewLife Conference Hall comprising audio-visual demonstration, Q&A session, and practice and/or assesment by a doctor or a physiotherapist

Mind Your Posture

NewLife Clinic Senior Physiotherapist Mandy Wang shared her knowledge on the incorrect posture and chronic pain, and advised the participants on how to improve their postures and manage their pains

Ms Wang encouraged the participants not  to  ignore  such conditions as scoliosis and cervical spine problems and seek for a posture correction as soon as possible. Moreover, Ms Wang highlighted that such habits as incorrect posture during sitting, standing, or moving can cause  spinal  curvature  and  result  in acute or chronic pain.

In addition, Ms Wang focused on lumbar problems giving Taiping Clients advice on how to manage lumbar pain. The audio-visual demonstration was followed by a posture  assessment  and treatment suggestions to those already suffering from the pain.
